I lead AI for HR at Lennar. I define the strategy, then build the system and lead the team to deliver it. Product-oriented by nature, I'm focused on internal transformation and redesigning work for the AI future. My portfolio spans both traditional production-grade apps driving efficiency gains and newer agentic systems that deliver 10x productivity improvements.
I sit at the intersection of many disciplines - AI, Product, Engineering, Design, People, and Strategy. My days are spent equally between code and conversations. I publish my thinking as I go, to figure out what I actually believe.
Before Lennar, I advised Fortune 500 executives at BCG and Deloitte on strategy, digital transformation, M&A, risk, and operations. That taught me to structure hard problems and align the people who have to act on them. AI is what let me start building the answers instead of only recommending them.

How I Think
AI is a new branch of the technology tree.
Most organizations are bolting AI onto existing processes instead of asking: if this technology existed from the start, how would we design this from scratch? Think native to the shift.
Depth is the new leverage.
You can't make good decisions about what to automate from 30,000 feet. You have to know how the system actually works -- at the task level, at the code level -- before you can redesign it. Go deep before going wide.
The human moves up a level.
AI doesn't take the human out of the work. It moves them from doing the task to directing it -- framing the problem, judging the output, deciding what's good. That's a new skill, and it's the one worth building.
